March 2023: ROR for star hotels reached 48.54 percent and the number of guests staying was 36,442 people

Abstract

The room occupancy rate (ROR) for star hotels during March 2023 reached 48.54 percent, down 2.14 points compared to February 2023 which was 50.68 percent. Meanwhile, the ROR for non-star hotels rose 0.72 points to 21.69 percent.

Compared to the same month the previous year, the ROR for star hotels in March 2023 fell 1.02 points, while non-star hotels rose 0.86 points.

The number of guests staying at star hotels in March 2023 was 36,442 people, an increase of 4.58 percent compared to the previous month. Meanwhile, the number of guests staying at non-star hotels rose 3.37 percent.
